How does remote personal training work?
Initial Consultation
We’ll start with a one-on-one Google Meet session to get to know each other and talk about your goals, lifestyle, and any injuries or limitations you might have. This is your chance to share what you’re hoping to achieve and ask any questions you have.
Custom Programming
Based on your consultation, I’ll create a personalized workout plan designed specifically for your goals, fitness level, and available equipment. Whether you're working out at home, in the gym, or somewhere in between, your plan will be easy to follow, flexible, and made to fit into your real life.
6-Week Check-Ins
Every six weeks, we’ll check in to talk about your progress, challenges, and wins on Google Meet. These check-ins help keep you on track, make adjustments to your plan if needed, and give you the support and accountability to keep moving forward. You’re never doing this alone!
Who is Coach Rom?
Hi! I’m Lexi — founder of Coach Rom Fitness, former college athlete, certified personal trainer, state champion, and award-winning softball coach. Fitness has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I’m passionate about helping other women and young athletes tap into their full potential.
As both a coach and a trainer, I’m all about intentional, customized support. I take the time to really get to know the people I work with — what they need, what drives them, and what might be holding them back. My approach is rooted in understanding and encouragement, but also in pushing you to grow stronger — physically and mentally.
Whether you're just getting started, chasing athletic goals, or looking to feel confident in your own skin again, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way. I truly believe fitness can be life-changing — and I’d be honored to be part of your journey.

Will I need to take progress photos?
That’s totally up to you! Progress photos can be a helpful way for both of us to see how far you’ve come, but they’re never required.
Will there be goal setting?
If you're a goal-oriented person, we can absolutely build specific goals into your plan. If you’re more process-focused, we’ll keep things flexible — nothing is forced.
Do you provide video demos?
Yes! I’m currently working on filming my own demo library, but in the meantime, YouTube links are included so you’ll always know exactly how to do each exercise.
How often can I contact you?

Do you offer multiple levels of service?
Right now, I offer one main level: Custom Programming at $40/month or $10/week. Everything is personalized, so you’ll get exactly what you need.

Payments can be made securely through PayPal invoicing. Monthly or weekly payments can be made to fit your comfort level.
